Lots of great summer colour to be found

August 7th 2017 in In The Garden

There is a breadth of interest across the gardens right now, and something for the plantsman in everyone. Throughout the garden ourHydrangea collection is looking at its best with a host of different forms and tones, especially in the glade and temple gardens.

The herbaceous borders are superb right now with a myriad of colours and real depth of planting. Those who have visited this year will know of the exciting developments happening in this area over the next few months.

And the grass borders really start to come into their own as we head towards autumn, with lots of late summer perennials like Diascia, Kniphofia, and evening primrose.
